Regina Scott
Regina is an Exercise Scientist and a professional Personal Trainer. She has just recently graduated from CQU with a Bachelor of Exercise Sports and Science August 2019.
She has a passion for health and fitness and has helped various clients in reaching their goals. She has helped clients lose up to 45kg by assisting them in developing better eating patterns and incorporating exercise into a life.
She has instructed a wide range of group fitness classes, created challenges and taken PT's and we have always received positive feedback. Her group fitness classes are popular and she always brings an energetic and motivating vibe to them. She also provides inductions to new members making sure they walked out the door feeling confident and as they have accomplished something.
Regina will continue her study in Masters next year to further increase her knowledge of sport and exercise practices.
Regina is very approachable and happy to answer any questions relating to health and fitness. She strives in helping individuals find their inner happiness again.

Kylie Whatman
Kylie is our highly qualified and experienced club manager. She has moved to sunny Gracemere to escape the cooler climes of the southern highlands NSW where she managed another 24 hour gym. She has a passion for exercise and fitness and has worked in the industry all her adult life. She can help you with any of your questions whether for performance or general health.

Kylie is currently on maternity leave and working limited hours so may not be available to take PT. Her rates also reflect her superior experience and qualifications.

Kylie takes the XA strength and conditioning class down the back of the gym on weekdays where you can get great advice on correct form. The classes are free to all members
